Ezra-Nehemiah 18:8
JPS-1917וַֽיִּקְרְא֥וּ בַסֵּ֛פֶר בְּתוֹרַ֥ת הָאֱלֹהִ֖ים מְפֹרָ֑שׁ וְשׂ֣וֹם שֶׂ֔כֶל וַיָּבִ֖ינוּ בַּמִּקְרָֽא׃ {פ}
And they read in the book, in the Law of God, distinctly; and they gave the sense, and caused them to understand the reading.
