Ezekiel 35:7
JPS-1917וְנָֽתַתִּי֙ אֶת־הַ֣ר שֵׂעִ֔יר לְשִֽׁמְמָ֖ה וּשְׁמָמָ֑ה וְהִכְרַתִּ֥י מִמֶּ֖נּוּ עֹבֵ֥ר וָשָֽׁב׃
Thus will I make mount Seir most desolate, and cut off from it him that passeth through and him that returneth.
