JPS-1917וַיֹּ֤אמֶר דָּוִד֙ אֶל־יְה֣וֹנָתָ֔ן מִ֖י יַגִּ֣יד לִ֑י א֛וֹ מַה־יַּעַנְךָ֥ אָבִ֖יךָ קָשָֽׁה׃ {ס}
Then said David to Jonathan: ‘Who shall tell me if perchance thy father answer thee roughly?’
