JPS-1917יְהֹוָ֖ה מוֹרִ֣ישׁ וּמַעֲשִׁ֑יר מַשְׁפִּ֖יל אַף־מְרוֹמֵֽם׃
The LORD maketh poor, and maketh rich; He bringeth low, He also lifteth up. .
