JPS-1917יִ֭בְצֹר ר֣וּחַ נְגִידִ֑ים נ֝וֹרָ֗א לְמַלְכֵי־אָֽרֶץ׃ {פ}
He minisheth the spirit of princes; He is terrible to the kings of the earth.
