Tehillim 68:4
JPS-1917וְֽצַדִּיקִ֗ים יִשְׂמְח֣וּ יַ֭עַלְצוּ לִפְנֵ֥י אֱלֹהִ֗ים וְיָשִׂ֥ישׂוּ בְשִׂמְחָֽה׃
But let the righteous be glad, let them exult before God; Yea, let them rejoice with gladness.
