Tehillim 39:3
JPS-1917נֶאֱלַ֣מְתִּי ד֭וּמִיָּה הֶחֱשֵׁ֣יתִי מִטּ֑וֹב וּכְאֵבִ֥י נֶעְכָּֽר׃
I was dumb with silence; I held my peace, had no comfort; and my pain was held in check.
