Tehillim 37:29
JPS-1917צַדִּיקִ֥ים יִֽירְשׁוּ־אָ֑רֶץ וְיִשְׁכְּנ֖וּ לָעַ֣ד עָלֶֽיהָ׃
The righteous shall inherit the land, and dwell therein for ever.
