Tehillim 33:10
JPS-1917יְֽהֹוָ֗ה הֵפִ֥יר עֲצַת־גּוֹיִ֑ם הֵ֝נִ֗יא מַחְשְׁב֥וֹת עַמִּֽים׃
The LORD bringeth the counsel of the nations to nought; He maketh the thoughts of the peoples to be of no effect.
