Tehillim 148:6
JPS-1917וַיַּעֲמִידֵ֣ם לָעַ֣ד לְעוֹלָ֑ם חׇק־נָ֝תַ֗ן וְלֹ֣א יַעֲבֽוֹר׃
He hath also established them for ever and ever; He hath made a decree which shall not be transgressed.
