Tehillim 147:6
JPS-1917מְעוֹדֵ֣ד עֲנָוִ֣ים יְהֹוָ֑ה מַשְׁפִּ֖יל רְשָׁעִ֣ים עֲדֵי־אָֽרֶץ׃
The LORD upholdeth the humble; He bringeth the wicked down to the ground.
