Tehillim 115:7
JPS-1917יְדֵיהֶ֤ם ׀ וְלֹ֬א יְמִישׁ֗וּן רַ֭גְלֵיהֶם וְלֹ֣א יְהַלֵּ֑כוּ לֹא־יֶ֝הְגּ֗וּ בִּגְרוֹנָֽם׃
They have hands, but they handle not; Feet have they, but they walk not; Neither speak they with their throat. .
