Leviticus 8:19
JPS-1917וַיִּשְׁחָ֑ט וַיִּזְרֹ֨ק מֹשֶׁ֧ה אֶת־הַדָּ֛ם עַל־הַמִּזְבֵּ֖חַ סָבִֽיב׃
And when it was killed, Moses dashed the blood against the altar round about.
