JPS-1917מִֽי־פָקַ֣ד עָלָ֣יו אָ֑רְצָה וּמִ֥י שָׂ֝֗ם תֵּבֵ֥ל כֻּלָּֽהּ׃
Who gave Him a charge over the earth? Or who hath disposed the whole world?
