Isaiah 42:4
JPS-1917לֹ֤א יִכְהֶה֙ וְלֹ֣א יָר֔וּץ עַד־יָשִׂ֥ים בָּאָ֖רֶץ מִשְׁפָּ֑ט וּלְתוֹרָת֖וֹ אִיִּ֥ים יְיַחֵֽלוּ׃ {פ}
He shall not fail nor be crushed, Till he have set the right in the earth; And the isles shall wait for his teaching.
