Bereshit 9:26
JPS-1917וַיֹּ֕אמֶר בָּר֥וּךְ יְהֹוָ֖ה אֱלֹ֣הֵי שֵׁ֑ם וִיהִ֥י כְנַ֖עַן עֶ֥בֶד לָֽמוֹ׃
And he said: Blessed be the LORD, the God of Shem; And let Canaan be their servant.

ברוך ה' אלהי שם. שֶׁעָתִיד לִשְׁמֹר הַבְטָחָתוֹ לְזַרְעוֹ, לָתֵת לָהֶם אֶת אֶרֶץ כְּנַעַן:
ויהי. לָהֶם כְּנַעַן לְמַס עוֹבֵד:
