JPS-1917עֲשֵׂ֖ה הָרַתּ֑וֹק כִּ֣י הָאָ֗רֶץ מָֽלְאָה֙ מִשְׁפַּ֣ט דָּמִ֔ים וְהָעִ֖יר מָלְאָ֥ה חָמָֽס׃
Make the chain; for the land is full of bloody crimes, and the city is full of violence.
