JPS-1917דִּבְרֵ֣י חֲכָמִ֔ים בְּנַ֖חַת נִשְׁמָעִ֑ים מִזַּעֲקַ֥ת מוֹשֵׁ֖ל בַּכְּסִילִֽים׃
The words of the wise spoken in quiet Are more acceptable than the cry of a ruler among fools.
