Psalms 9:9

וְה֗וּא יִשְׁפֹּֽט־תֵּבֵ֥ל בְּצֶ֑דֶק יָדִ֥ין לְ֝אֻמִּ֗ים בְּמֵישָׁרִֽים׃

And He will judge the world in righteousness, He will minister judgment to the peoples with equity.
