Psalms 38:14
JPS-1917וַאֲנִ֣י כְ֭חֵרֵשׁ לֹ֣א אֶשְׁמָ֑ע וּ֝כְאִלֵּ֗ם לֹ֣א יִפְתַּח־פִּֽיו׃
But I am as a deaf man, I hear not; and I am as a dumb man that openeth not his mouth.
