Psalms 147:15
JPS-1917הַשֹּׁלֵ֣חַ אִמְרָת֣וֹ אָ֑רֶץ עַד־מְ֝הֵרָ֗ה יָר֥וּץ דְּבָרֽוֹ׃
He sendeth out His commandment upon earth; His word runneth very swiftly.
