וּלְמַטֵּ֥ה בְנֵֽי־אֶפְרַ֖יִם נָשִׂ֑יא קְמוּאֵ֖ל בֶּן־שִׁפְטָֽן׃

and of the tribe of the children of Ephraim a prince, Kemuel the son of Shiphtan.
