Numbers 27:10

וְאִם־אֵ֥ין ל֖וֹ אַחִ֑ים וּנְתַתֶּ֥ם אֶת־נַחֲלָת֖וֹ לַאֲחֵ֥י אָבִֽיו׃

And if he have no brethren, then ye shall give his inheritance unto his father’s brethren.
