הֵ֛ן לֹא־קָצְרָ֥ה יַד־יְהֹוָ֖ה מֵהוֹשִׁ֑יעַ וְלֹא־כָבְדָ֥ה אׇזְנ֖וֹ מִשְּׁמֽוֹעַ׃

Behold, the LORD’S hand is not shortened, that it cannot save, Neither His ear heavy, that it cannot hear;
