Isaiah 42:20
JPS-1917(ראית) [רָא֥וֹת] רַבּ֖וֹת וְלֹ֣א תִשְׁמֹ֑ר פָּק֥וֹחַ אׇזְנַ֖יִם וְלֹ֥א יִשְׁמָֽע׃
Seeing many things, thou observest not; Opening the ears, he heareth not.
