Isaiah 40:23
JPS-1917הַנּוֹתֵ֥ן רוֹזְנִ֖ים לְאָ֑יִן שֹׁ֥פְטֵי אֶ֖רֶץ כַּתֹּ֥הוּ עָשָֽׂה׃
That bringeth princes to nothing; He maketh the judges of the earth as a thing of nought.
