Isaiah 33:5
JPS-1917נִשְׂגָּ֣ב יְהֹוָ֔ה כִּ֥י שֹׁכֵ֖ן מָר֑וֹם מִלֵּ֣א צִיּ֔וֹן מִשְׁפָּ֖ט וּצְדָקָֽה׃
The LORD is exalted, for He dwelleth on high; He hath filled Zion with justice and righteousness.
