Isaiah 29:19
JPS-1917וְיָסְפ֧וּ עֲנָוִ֛ים בַּֽיהֹוָ֖ה שִׂמְחָ֑ה וְאֶבְיוֹנֵ֣י אָדָ֔ם בִּקְד֥וֹשׁ יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל יָגִֽילוּ׃
The humble also shall increase their joy in the LORD, and the neediest among men shall exult in the Holy One of Israel.
