Isaiah 23:9
JPS-1917יְהֹוָ֥ה צְבָא֖וֹת יְעָצָ֑הּ לְחַלֵּל֙ גְּא֣וֹן כׇּל־צְבִ֔י לְהָקֵ֖ל כׇּל־נִכְבַּדֵּי־אָֽרֶץ׃
The LORD of hosts hath devised it, To pollute the pride of all glory, To bring into contempt all the honourable of the earth.
