JPS-1917נְבוּכַדְנֶצַּ֣ר מַלְכָּ֗א לְֽכׇל־עַֽמְמַיָּ֞א אֻמַּיָּ֧א וְלִשָּׁנַיָּ֛א דִּֽי־[דָיְרִ֥ין] (דארין) בְּכׇל־אַרְעָ֖א שְׁלָמְכ֥וֹן יִשְׂגֵּֽא׃
‘Nebuchadnezzar the king, unto all peoples, nations, and languages, that dwell in all the earth; peace be multiplied unto you.
