Book of the Twelve 24:3
JPS-1917כִּ֤י עַתָּה֙ יֹֽאמְר֔וּ אֵ֥ין מֶ֖לֶךְ לָ֑נוּ כִּ֣י לֹ֤א יָרֵ֙אנוּ֙ אֶת־יְהֹוָ֔ה וְהַמֶּ֖לֶךְ מַה־יַּעֲשֶׂה־לָּֽנוּ׃
Surely now shall they say: ‘We have no king; For we feared not the LORD; And the king, what can he do for us?’

For now they shall say, We have no king, because we did not fear the Lord; what then should a king do for us?
