Psalms 92:7
JPS-1917אִֽישׁ־בַּ֭עַר לֹ֣א יֵדָ֑ע וּ֝כְסִ֗יל לֹא־יָבִ֥ין אֶת־זֹֽאת׃
A brutish man knoweth not, Neither doth a fool understand this.
