Psalms 78:26
JPS-1917יַסַּ֣ע קָ֭דִים בַּשָּׁמָ֑יִם וַיְנַהֵ֖ג בְּעֻזּ֣וֹ תֵימָֽן׃
He caused the east wind to set forth in heaven; And by His power He brought on the south wind.
