Psalms 109:16
JPS-1917יַ֗עַן אֲשֶׁ֤ר ׀ לֹ֥א זָכַר֮ עֲשׂ֢וֹת חָ֥֫סֶד וַיִּרְדֹּ֡ף אִישׁ־עָנִ֣י וְ֭אֶבְיוֹן וְנִכְאֵ֨ה לֵבָ֬ב לְמוֹתֵֽת׃
Because that he remembered not to do kindness, But persecuted the poor and needy man, And the broken in heart he was ready to slay.

Because he remembered not to show kindness, but pursued the poor and needy man, and the brokenhearted to their death.
