Numbers 35:1
JPS-1917וַיְדַבֵּ֧ר יְהֹוָ֛ה אֶל־מֹשֶׁ֖ה בְּעַֽרְבֹ֣ת מוֹאָ֑ב עַל־יַרְדֵּ֥ן יְרֵח֖וֹ לֵאמֹֽר׃
And the LORD spoke unto Moses in the plains of Moab by the Jordan at Jericho, saying:
