JPS-1917בִּפְרֹ֤עַ פְּרָעוֹת֙ בְּיִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל בְּהִתְנַדֵּ֖ב עָ֑ם בָּֽרְכ֖וּ יְהֹוָֽה׃
When men let grow their hair in Israel, When the people offer themselves willingly, Bless ye the LORD.
