Job 11:12
JPS-1917וְאִ֣ישׁ נָ֭בוּב יִלָּבֵ֑ב וְעַ֥יִר פֶּ֝֗רֶא אָדָ֥ם יִוָּלֵֽד׃
But an empty man will get understanding, when a wild ass’s colt is born a man.
