Isaiah 43:8
JPS-1917הוֹצִ֥יא עַם־עִוֵּ֖ר וְעֵינַ֣יִם יֵ֑שׁ וְחֵרְשִׁ֖ים וְאׇזְנַ֥יִם לָֽמוֹ׃
The blind people that have eyes shall be brought forth, and the deaf that have ears.
