Genesis 39:7
JPS-1917וַיְהִ֗י אַחַר֙ הַדְּבָרִ֣ים הָאֵ֔לֶּה וַתִּשָּׂ֧א אֵֽשֶׁת־אֲדֹנָ֛יו אֶת־עֵינֶ֖יהָ אֶל־יוֹסֵ֑ף וַתֹּ֖אמֶר שִׁכְבָ֥ה עִמִּֽי׃
And it came to pass after these things, that his master’s wife cast her eyes upon Joseph; and she said: ‘Lie with me.’

— Genesis 39:7
ותשא אשת אדוניו וגו'. כָּל מָקוֹם שֶׁנֶּאֱמַר אַחַר סָמוּךְ:
ותשא אשת אדניו HIS LORD’S WIFE LIFTED UP HER EYES etc. — wherever אחר is used and not אחרי it means immediately after (Genesis Rabbah 44:5).
