Ezra-Nehemiah 19:16
JPS-1917וְהֵ֥ם וַאֲבֹתֵ֖ינוּ הֵזִ֑ידוּ וַיַּקְשׁוּ֙ אֶת־עׇרְפָּ֔ם וְלֹ֥א שָׁמְע֖וּ אֶל־מִצְוֺתֶֽיךָ׃
But they and our fathers dealt proudly, and hardened their neck, and hearkened not to Thy commandments,
